Dave brings incredible passion to the delivery of technical training. Having over 15 Years of experience in the offshore energy sector. Dave's journey started with working offshore which later led into safety training. Developing course content and playing a major part of pioneering industry standards makes Dave a key member of Hexis Training.

Michelle has been with the company for two and a half years and supports the day to day running of our two training facilities. She has a background in administration and was an assistant manager in the care sector. Michelle sets high standards within both centres and helps the instructional staff when she can.

Jason has just joined Hexis after a successful 9.5 years working as an inspection and maintenance technician, across multiple offshore wind farms.
His vast experience strengthens our offering of the new ECITB Statutory Inspection and Maintenance course, keeping Hexis right at the front of driving new and innovative safety standards for a challenging industry.

Andy is a rescue professional and passionate trainer with 18 years frontline emergency services experience. Andy’s wind industry journey has also seen him lead statutory inspection teams on and offshore both in the UK and abroad. Andy often spends weekends facilitating emergency response exercises with his emergency services colleagues on operational windfarms.

“I am taking the new managers job in my stride, and I am looking forward to my business growth plans taking Hexis training forward. We have a very experienced team here and aim to offer bespoke training to meet all our client’s needs”
