With 30 years of experience in the offshore renewables industry, Spencer Whiley efficiently manages the offshore renewables training business by leveraging his extensive knowledge, industry connections, and a deep understanding of the sector’s intricacies.

Laura Gibson is a Trainee Trainer at Hexis Training, supporting the delivery of GWO Accredited training for the offshore wind industry. With a strong interest in renewables and workforce development, Laura is building her expertise in industry standards, safety procedures, and effective training delivery to help prepare the next generation of offshore wind professionals.

HR Manager

Human resource professional with a diverse portfolio of designing and administrating procedures throughout the Group of companies which Hexis sits within.
As well as managing the HR division, Sharnie is also a certified internally auditor and provides the business with strategic solutions to better develop the processes carried out within Hexis.
