Get in touchThe GWO Manual Handling module is a core element of the Global Wind Organisation Basic Safety Training. It is designed for individuals working in or seeking access to wind turbine environments, providing the essential knowledge and practical skills required to safely plan, assess, and carry out manual handling tasks in both onshore and offshore wind energy operations. The course focuses on reducing the risk of musculoskeletal injury by applying correct lifting techniques, safe movement of loads, and effective use of ergonomic principles in confined turbine environments.
